about

bio

I got my Bachelor in Communication Studies at the Università degli Studi di Roma Tre, with a thesis focused on SEO techniques adopted by newsrooms, after having passed more than two years working as a journalist in Sicily. During my Master in Digital Humanities in Pisa, I went to King's College London for six months and, once came back, I started to collaborate with ETI3 at SemplicePA project, a search engine for italian administrative acts. My master thesis was about the application of network analysis techniques to the named-entities extracted from the acts and the UX and UI design of a platform where to explore these relations. I worked as a trainee in Amsterdam in an open-data service company, working for ONGs and international agencies, like Unesco. I came back to Italy in July 2018. Since then I am a Research assistant for the project SEM and a member of the Laboratory of Computational Linguistics at the University of Pisa.
